I’m So Sick Of Tours (parody of “When I’m 64”)
(Working Class Hero/Youngbeatle)

When I get tired of going on tour
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me to USA, Greece, Australia, and Zimbabwe
If I had been to every country
Would you ask for more?
Will you still bother?
Like you're my father
I'm so sick of tours

We have soldiers too,
So we do not get hurt.
There’s no solitude,
Hearing screams rising, up to our room.
The screams have not gone.
Getting beaten on some desert island.
Flying in the plane all the time,
Talking to newsmen, I can’t take much more.
Will you still bother?
Like you’re my father,
I’m so sick of tours.

Every summer we deal with mass chaos,
At Shea Stadium, we can’t even hear.
Signs of Lennon Saves,
And also burning LP’s.
Poor boys must behave.
Beatlemania, is no good time.
From our point of view.
We have no idea what we're gonna say
We’re sincerely, going away.
We have our answer, we’re done with tours.
Now and evermore.
Will you still bother?
Like you’re my father,
I’m so sick of tours.
